Style of Practice

Integrative, Holistic, Patient-Centered, Supportive

Before accomplishing my educational goals, I served in the United States Army and was a law enforcement officer. I have been a paramedic for more than a decade, and have been deployed overseas. I credit my civil service experience in helping prepare me to help others better understand the impacts of trauma and stress both mentally and physically. I see all ages from 6 years of age and up. I am LGBTQ-supportive, and feel everyone should be encouraged to be themselves and loved! I continue to support our veterans, first responders, and emergency services personnel through my clinical work, helping those that help others!

Specializing in therapy and medication management for such concerns as: Trauma, Acute stress, PTSD, Stress fatigue, Sleep disorders, Grief, Anxiety disorders, Depression, Substance Abuse, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviors, Bipolar Disorders.

You have earned the right to be happy, life can be messy, let me help. Emergency services personnel understand better than most, help only comes if you make the call. I provide in-person and virtual services.
